Femi Gbajabiamila The Senate on Wednesday justified the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari  (retd.)’s  plan to obtain $4.054bn and €710m ($$839m)  loans. The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Senator Ajibola Basiru, who stated this in an interview with one of our correspondents in Abuja, said there was no country that does not engage in deficit financing. Basiru said this as the Director General of the Debt Management Office, Patience Oniha, while giving a  breakdown of the public debt stock for the second quarter of 2021 during a virtual media presentation on Wednesday, said Nigeria’s total public debt stock rose from N33.11tn as of March 31, 2021 to N35.47tn as of June 30, 2021. Although the the Korean survival drama is on pace to surpass Netflix’s current record holders—“Bridgerton” and “Lupin,” Squid Game director Hwang Dong-hyuk is sharing that the show’s success didn’t come easy at all. ___________________________________________________ Hwang talked about the long and stressful process of trying to get the show picked up. He wrote the show in 2009 but was rejected by studios for 10 years. According to the WSJ, studios initially thought the concept was "too grotesque and too unrealistic." He once had to stop writing the script + sell his $675 laptop due to money struggles. However, Netflix took an interest in Hwang’s project in 2019, and in that same year, the project was given the green light. The good thing that happened to Rivers people is,that River state is not being managed by the kinda people that is managing a state not very far from River state,that has become a place where you can no longer call HOME OF LIGHTS.. this city's name starts with O and ends with i.. I remember passing through that city to Lagos two years ago and was admiring the lights on the both sides of the streets,my very good friend Hans Esther Chi Chi   had a business in that city;I remember visiting her outfit and saw the beautiful Job she was able to accomplish,sad how our society frustrate the efforts of her youths..
